DIRECTIONS for FACIAL CLEANSING OIL: wet face with warm water. massage 1 dropper full of oil onto face for 1-2 minutes. Wipe off with a warm, wet cloth. discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. for external use only.

DIRECTIONS for AWAKEN CLEANSING GRAINS: add 1 tablespoon of grains to palm of hand (or small bowl). add enough warm water to create a paste. massage into skin. rinse with warm water. for mask - leave on skin for ten minutes. rinse with warm water. discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. for external use only.
